Program Description

Emphasizing wildlife because of its intrinsic value, Project WILD addresses the need for human beings to develop as responsible citizens of our planet. From the tiny tree frog to the majestic Soaring Macaw, wildlife and humans are integrally connected. Project WILD presenters will link students with real live wildlife through its mission to provide wildlife-based conservation and environmental education that fosters responsible actions toward wildlife and related natural resources. Its mission is to bring awareness and appreciation of our natural world with awesome live animal ambassadors. Project WILD will bring and present several live animals and discuss topics on animal habitats, adaptations, natural behaviors, and environmental conservation. Your students will have hands on experiences with the animals as they learn about sharing the world with them.
